Comprehensive Unified Control System
The Kaer Smart Cloud Platform establishes a school-level intelligent management hub through cloud deployment, deeply integrating multi-dimensional control functions such as personnel management, device management, area management, and permission management. This achieves centralized operation and maintenance with "one platform managing the entire school." The platform supports full lifecycle management of smart student ID devices, including batch registration and deactivation, and centrally configures geo-fencing strategies such as electronic fences and restricted zone alerts (area management). It also standardizes administrative procedures through a hierarchical permission system (permission management). Additionally, it provides SOS emergency call links and whitelist communication rule configuration, complemented by unique modules like classroom stealth mode (other management functions). This enables administrators to synchronize strategies and coordinate personnel information for over 2000 terminal devices via a single platform, improving management efficiency by more than 80%.
