  • Q Are you a MANUFACTURER?

    A Yes, we are a direct manufacturer founded in 1996, located in Weihai, Shandong, China, with over 30 years of manufacturing experience.
    We have over 100 experienced R&D engineers, along with in-house production teams, enabling stable quality control, fast response, and flexible OEM/ODM customization services.
    Kaer support both OEM and ODM services for global clients.
  • Q Do you offer customized services (OEM/ODM / White Label)?

    A Yes, we fully support customization services, including:
    1.Logo printing on device
    2.Customized packaging and manuals
    3.Hardware customization
    4.Firmware / software customization (selected models) 
  • Q What is your MOQ?

    A MOQ depends on customization level, for small batch orders, we can check available stock and arrange ready inventory for you whenever possible.
    For customized orders, MOQ will be confirmed based on your specific requirements such as logo, packaging, or hardware modifications.
    Customized MOQ references:
    · Android desk phone: 500 pcs
    · Kids phone: 1000 pcs
    · IP phone: 1000 pcs
    · Smartwatch: 3000 pcs
    · Tracker: 3000 pcs
    If your required quantity is below our standard MOQ, you are still welcome to contact our sales team for further discussion and possible support solutions.
  • Q Do you have an APP or platform?

    A Yes, we provide a dedicated APP compatible with both iOS and Android, along with platform solutions.
    We also support customized branded APPs and feature customization based on your requirements.
  • Q What is your production lead time?

    A Production time depends on order quantity and customization requirements.
    After order confirmation, we will evaluate with our production team and provide a detailed timeline for your project.
    For standard orders without customization, the lead time is usually 30–45 days.
    For projects with special customization requirements, the lead time is typically 45–60 days.
  • Q What is your shipping time?

    A Shipping time depends on the transportation method:
    · Air freight: 7–9 days 
    · Sea freight: 20–40 days 
    We recommend air freight for samples or small batches, and sea freight for bulk orders.
  • Q Can your device work in my country?

    A Yes, we offer different versions based on global network requirements.
    Please share your country and carrier, and we will confirm supported frequency bands.
  • Q Do you have certifications?

    A Yes, we have ISO14001 9001,CE, FCC, RoHS, EPR, and WEEE certifications for relevant products.
    However, certification coverage may vary by model. If needed, we can assist with additional certification support based on your market requirements.
  • Q Do the devices come with warranty?

    A Yes, all products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (or from Bill of Lading date for bulk orders).
    Warranty does not cover:
    · Misuse or accidental damage
    · Unauthorized repair or modification

    · Water/sand damage or physical damage 
  • Q Can I get a sample?

    A Yes, we can provide samples for evaluation.
    However, the sample cost and shipping fee will need to be covered by you.
    Once you confirm the sample order, we will arrange production and shipment as soon as possible.
