Founded in 1996, Shandong Kaer Electric Co., Ltd. is a China-based manufacturer of communication terminals for B2B projects. Our product range includes SIP and Android desk phones, fixed wireless phones, public phones, kids’ communication and tracking devices, and 4G wearables. We work with telecom operators, system integrators, service providers and distributors in more than 50 countries and regions.
Our R&D and Manufacturing:
KAER has R&D teams in Weihai, Jinan and Shenzhen. The company holds 36 design patents and 275 computer software copyright registrations. These resources support the development and manufacture of communication products involving hardware, software, network connectivity and device functions.
Our Focus:
We focus on practical devices for fixed communication, public facilities, campus communication, tracking and care applications. Our products are developed for B2B supply and can be evaluated according to the target market, network environment and intended deployment.

1996
Founded and began independent research and development.
2004
Launched telephone billing meters and fixed-line telephone products.
